Each print is made to order just for you in the size and frame of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.
If your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know and we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. Please contact us at hello@chrisdixonphoto.com.au

• We offer free shipping on rolled and framed artworks within Australia.
• Prints ready for dispatch 1-3 weeks
• Your new work is carefully wrapped and packed. Using our network of couriers across Australia to ensure your new piece gets to you safely

Worldwide Shipping

• We offer free shipping on rolled artworks worldwide.
• Rolled prints ONLY are available for shipping worldwide.
• Due to the fragile nature of our framed products, we do not offer international shipping on framed prints. (You are welcome to email us at hello@chrisdixonphoto.com and arrange a custom international order shipping solution).
• Overseas rolled print orders may be delayed due to covid or other unforeseen circumstances. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
